HOW TO SEND WORKERS TO NEW ZEALAND

Visas for New Zealand

No visa is necessary in order to make a visit for tourist purposes lasting less than three months or for visitors in transit. For other stays (for example visits of more than three months, visits for study, work or residence) you must apply for the appropriate visa.

In addition, the majority of people who visit New Zealand must pay an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) which, in cases of applicants for the New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) must be paid at the point when it is requested. The cost of the IVL is 35 dollars.

If a traveller does not have a NZeTA at the time of boarding a flight or ship destined for New Zealand, departure will not be permitted.

In cases where the duration of stay authorised by the New Zealand authorities has been exceeded, the individual in question may be deported. In cases where a person’s situation changes and it is necessary to extend the stay beyond the authorised time, it is recommended to contact the New Zealand authorities at least one month prior to the date of termination of the authorised stay.

If a person has been deported, the New Zealand government will send a bill for the cost of deportation and that person shall not be permitted to be issued with another visa within the five years following their deportation.

Below are some of the visas that we can process on your behalf:
To send employees to New Zealand to carry out assignments related to technical assistance, installation, maintenance, commissioning, training etc irrespective of whether they will receive financial remuneration from a New Zealand source.
