HOW TO SEND WORKERS TO NIGERIA.

Visas for Nigeria: the work visa.

What you need to know:

The TWP visa is for companies and organizations that wish to send workers for short-term work. Entry visa/permits for the expatriate must be requested directly from the Comptroller General in Abuja. If such requests are made at Nigerian missions abroad, they will be referred to the Comptroller General of Immigration for approval. Some typical activities would be: -Assembly/installation work; -Feasibility studies; -Machinery/equipment repairs. The visa is normally approved by cablegram sent through NITEL offices in Nigeria to the Mission from where it will be issued. The cost of transmission is borne by the requesting company/organization.
