Visas for Colombia.

There is an agreement for exemption of visas signed between Colombia and Spain which permits travel to this country without the need to make a prior application for a visa, as long as the following two conditions are met:

• That the stay does not exceed a maximum of 90 days.
• That the activity to be carried out is business or tourism.

If a traveller is going to travel without a visa they must fulfil certain entry requirements in order to avoid having problems at the point of entry to the country.

If you are going to carry out technical assistance-type work or business activities you will have to apply for a visa subject to obtaining a work permit.

If you need to stay in the country for more than 90 days you will have to apply for a visa before travelling.
